We don't build one-offs for one customer.
Anything built here has to be either a configuration of the system we already run, or a capability every customer gets afterwards. That's not us being difficult — it's the reason the thing you buy will still be maintained in two years. Software companies that build bespoke code for individual customers die of it, slowly, and take their customers' setups with them.
If your job fails that test, we'll say so on the first call and tell you what it would actually take. Sometimes the honest answer is that you want a contractor and not us.
